Founder & Co-CEO
Don Schreiber, Jr.
Don Schreiber, Jr. is the Founder, Co-CEO, Co-Chief Investment Officer, and Portfolio Manager at WBI Investments, a firm dedicated to providing wealth-building strategies that emphasize risk management and consistent performance. In 2014, Don and his son Matt co-engineered one of the largest single-day ETF launches in history, solidifying WBI’s reputation as a leader in innovative investment solutions.
Don is the author of Building a World-Class Financial Services Business and All About Dividend Investing, both widely regarded as essential resources for financial professionals. Under his leadership, WBI has developed award-nominated ETFs and award-winning financial technology designed to empower advisors and investors. Don has been featured on CNBC, Fox News, Fox Business, and Bloomberg, as well as in numerous leading financial publications.
A lifelong competitor, Don wrestled in high school and played collegiate soccer at Susquehanna University, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He is also a practitioner of Shotokan Karate, an avid fisherman, a voracious reader of Western novels, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Matt Schreiber
Matt Schreiber is the Co-CEO, Co-Chief Investment Officer, and Portfolio Manager at WBI Investments, where he works alongside his father, Don, to drive the firm’s mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. In 2014, Matt co-engineered one of the largest single-day ETF launches in history, showcasing WBI’s innovative approach to investment management.
Matt has been instrumental in the creation of WBI’s award-nominated ETFs and award-winning wealth platform technology, delivering cutting-edge tools for advisors and investors. His market insights and expertise have been featured on CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg, as well as in top-tier financial publications.
Outside of work, Matt is a practitioner of Shotokan Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, an avid surfer, a musician, and enjoys spending time with his family. A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, Matt earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees and competed as a collegiate track athlete.
