RED BANK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–WBI Investments, Inc., a leading provider of wealth-building strategies targeting an optimal blend of bear market protection and bull market return, today announced the addition of four enhanced separately managed accounts to the SMArtX Advisory Solutions Platform: WBI Balanced Enhanced, WBI Dividend Income Enhanced, WBI Dividend Growth Enhanced, and WBI Dividend Retirement Strategy.
“WBI’s Enhanced SMAs® provide advisors with complete risk-managed portfolio solutions”
SMArtX, a leading financial technology and Turnkey Asset Management Platform, features more than 140 firms and nearly 400 strategies on its UMA platform. The platform enables wealth advisors to customize portfolios with a wide range of investment strategies and securities. Over the last 10 months, SMArtX has seen a 1,900% increase in assets under management from $30mm to over $600mm since July 2017. SMArtX sees a steady growth rate in the future, particularly as more interest arises from advisors subject to the Folio Dynamix/Envestnet merger.
“WBI’s Enhanced SMAs® provide advisors with complete risk-managed portfolio solutions,” said Don Schreiber, Jr., founder and CEO of WBI. “We believe we revolutionized SMA construction when we launched our suite of active ETFs in 2014 and incorporated them as the underlying investments in this enhanced product structure.”
The four Enhanced SMAs join WBI’s Retirement Income Enhanced SMA, which was added to the platform in 2016.
“The SMArtX platform facilitates access to WBI’s actively managed strategies. We’re excited to provide our time-tested process and risk mitigation to a broader clientele,” said Matt Schreiber, WBI President and Chief Investment Strategist.
